Mason guides clients through leasing, sales, and investment transactions across a range of commercial asset classes, bringing a hands-on, relationship-first approach to every deal.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate brokerage, Mason built a background in multifamily underwriting and gained additional experience in Finance with a public homebuilder — giving him a well-rounded, numbers-driven perspective.
Mason graduated from the University of North Texas in 2018 with a degree in Economics and Real Estate, giving him a strong analytical foundation that he applies to every transaction- from lease structuring to investment underwriting.
Outside the office, Mason can usually be found on the golf course working on his short game or spending time with his wife.
